Lederhosen, a dirndl and a blue apron

Here at 1,866 metres, high above everything and beneath the majestic Peitlerkofel mountain massif, conjured right into the heart of lush alpine meadows, is our mountain inn and restaurant with cosy rooms for high-altitude wellbeing. Here, close to the Würzjoch Pass, we work hard on our friendships and preserve our traditional customs. Here, where the “wind whistles robustly round your nose” and the roe deer graze directly above the chalet, the Tyrolean flag also blows – as a symbol of tradition and so that everyone knows that with the Messner Family the doors to the Halslhütte are open.

A little advance tip

A little advance tip

Chanterellesporcini and snow tubing belong together – at least at the Halslhütte – however our “Seasonal Heroes” come separately. Which is why there are traditional chanterelles in summer and the super fun snow tubing track in winter – and right next door at that! At the Halslhütte fun and enjoyment are never neglected under any circumstances, be it summer or winter.
